Welcome to the NCAHBA!
Michele Linehan – Executive Officer, North Central Arkansas Home Builders Association
Taking the position of Executive Officer, EO, for the NCAHBA is a reboot for Michele. She served in that position previously for a little over a year prior to moving to Little Rock to work. But her heart was in Mountain Home, so she only stayed away for a year and moved home.
Michele was a Mortgage Loan Officer for 25 years. “I had so many different titles, but the job was the same, help people realize the American Dream of home ownership.” That fit well with the home builders association which she had been active in for years before coming on board as EO. Michele has a diverse background having worked in the non-profit sector for many years, owning her own business, managing other businesses and doing some writing and editing for a newspaper and magazine.
Michele is looking forward to lending her talents to the rebuilding of our HBA. “A robust HBA benefits the community, the builders and related businesses. We’re going to come back even bigger and better than before.”

Beth is deeply committed to the belief that a home should be both safe and sacred—a place of comfort, security, and personal expression. She takes great pride in helping clients bring their visions to life and creating spaces that truly reflect their needs and lifestyles.
Originally from the Ozarks, Beth has lived in seven states and traveled extensively throughout the U.S., bringing a diverse perspective to her work and leadership. In addition to her dedication to the building industry, she is passionate about her faith, civic engagement, and serving those in need.
As President of the North Central Arkansas Home Builders Association, Beth is honored to help lead and grow the organization. She is focused on building strong industry relationships, promoting professional development, and advocating for the trades throughout the region.
When she’s not on a job site or volunteering in the community, Beth enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with their son Jake, and relaxing with their dog, Duke.

A long-time resident of Mountain Home, Michelle has called the area home for over 32 years. She and her husband, Brian, have three sons and enjoy spending time outdoors—fishing, hiking, and exploring the natural beauty of the region.
